You wouldn’t think that Demi Lovato would have any problem getting any artist to appear on her album. She has a huge, young fan base that most artists would be dying to reach. The former “Camp Rock” star recently said that she is going to attempt to get.

Although the album will be a pop album, having some hip hop and R&B flavored tunes would certainly help her reach a new audience that she never would have previously reached. “I would love for Drake to be on the album,” she said to MTV. “It’s kind of like a pipe dream. I would also like to do a song with Trey Songz. It would be hot! Yeah, it would be really good.”

It would be interesting to hear what those collaborations would sound like. It is hard to imagine a song featuring all three artists, but Drake and Trey Songz are very close to one another and have worked with each other before. The album is currently in the works, and Lovato said that she preferred to keep most of the surprise details under wraps until we are closer to release.

This doesn’t mean that she will be ditching her Disney-crafted image any time soon, and both would be fairly safe choices for. “It’s going to be what you’re seeing of me right now. It’s going to be very Demi,” she recently said regarding the upcoming album. Hopefully her wishes come true and fans will get to hear collaboration between Lovato and Drake or Trey Songz here soon.
