Radio Rivera
Geraldo Rivera is adding radio to his resume as of Jan. 3, when he starts on the 10 a.m.-noon weekday shift at WABC (770 AM). Rivera will continue his Sunday night show and other television work at Fox News.
He says his new radio show, his first regular gig on radio after more than 40 years on TV, will offer a “balanced” look at politics and current events. His tagline will be “not red or blue, but red, white and blue.”It is likely that Cumulus, the new owners of WABC, will try to syndicate the radio show if it catches on in New York.
