Demi Lovato took to Twitter to call out all of those "haters" of Kim Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashian family. Is this show of support really called for, or should Demi just mind her own business and worry about herself?
Demi Lovato has gotten to where she is in her young career based on hard work and her talent. Perhaps since Kim Kardashian has stood up for Demi when times were tough for her, Lovato must think that she needs to stand up against the "Kardashian haters" of the world (or at least the internet).
Obviously the Kardashian brand has taken an enormous hit over the last month or so since Kim announced that she had filed for divorce from Kris Humphries after only 72 days of marriage. Add to it the revelation this past week that the Kardashian family, with most like Kris Jenner pulling the strings, has been waging a smear campaign against Kris through the tabloids.
Demi Lovato has to realize that while she has talent which has carried her in her career, the Kardashian family has reached their level of fame thanks to their father being a high-profile lawyer and now Kris Jenner creating a brand.
They might be "smart business women" as Demi claims, but at times they seem to do whatever they can to make a buck, even if it hurts someone in the process. Kim Kardashian and her family signed up for the criticism when they signed up for a reality television show. They have gotten rich off the attention, which has nothing to do with talent.
Frankly, Demi could do better than sticking up for them. Perhaps she should concentrate on her own brand and her own music...that is unless she is on the Kardashian payroll.
