Demi Lovato says she still needs constant support to stop her from slipping back to the issues that sent her to rehab a year ago. Lovato, who spent three months in rehab and now feels a lot better about life, still needs friends and advisers to help her stay focused on her recovery, Daily Express reported.
"Just yesterday, I needed support; I was having to try on clothes that were made for a model`s body and not for a girl with a healthy body, and I was like, `I don`t know what to do`. "I texted a bunch of people, I texted somebody that stays with me all the time to make sure that I stay healthy... I have a huge support system," she said. Lovato struggled with depression and anxiety issues which resulted in her cutting herself and throwing up at least five times a day.
