Demi Lovato glowed on the red carpet before performing her latest single "Skyscraper" at the 2011 Do Something Awards. Okay, so the carpet was actually blue instead of red, but she looked fabulous nonetheless.
Her dress was the same shade of cream as Kim Kardashian's, who introduced her show-stopping performance, but totally different in style. Demi's dress was short and sassy, resting about four inches above her knee. Her dress was cinched at the waist with silver embellishments running down the front. The top was very low cut and showed off the 18-year-old's stunning figure. Finishing off her fashion were cream-colored heels with peek-a-boo toes.
