Demi Lovato was almost unrecognizable without her makeup on last week! The starlet was caught barefaced last week when she got in a little fender-bender in her Mercedes! The starlet looked like she just rolled out of bed when she got in the wreck and had to get out -- in front of the cameras. She was even wearing a "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" PJ shirt! The starlet didn't look like this at all earlier in the week when she posted a "Bikini body time" pic on her Twitter! She posted the proud pic and talked about how happy and healthy she's feeling now. Yay!
