Demi Lovato, Rihanna and Katy Perry join upcoming competition show The X Factor: Demi Lovato might join Rihanna and Katy Perry to be the judge of the upcoming singing competition show, The X Factor (US). The U.S. version of British talent show that was created by Simon Cowell is now looking for another female judge. Previously, Cowell has already hired L.A. Reid and Cheryl Cole for the job.

Cowell is currently interviewing many candidates to fill the vacancy. Beside Lovato, RiRi and Perry, some other notable female singers included on Cowells' list are Nicki Minaj, Paula Abdul, and Jessica Simpson. In addition to the rumors, Enrique Iglesias is also reportedly being set to host the show.

An insider revealed to Perez Hilton that the "Camp Rock" actress "would love to do it". Also, a representative of Lovato has confirmed to Disney InfoNet that "she did met with Fox regarding a judge position on The X Factor". Although Lovato's rep didn't reveal a further clue if she will get the job or not, this could be a sign that the talks with Fox may be still in progress.

If only Demi Lovato has finally set to judge the forthcoming prestigious talent show, it would be interesting because the People Choice Awards winning actress will provide that American youngsters connection which Cowell, Reid, and Cole may not interestingly appeal to. But even if she is not attached to judge The X Factor, she will probably be considered to, at least, host the gig.
