Demi Lovato news has backed off, that would be handy for the Disney craftsman: The only news coming out about Demi Lovato lately is how she is the highest grossing Disney artist or the highest selling Disney artist or has the highest selling Disney album. However you want to put it, that is really the only new news you can find on Demi Lovato.

This is a very good thing. It shows that the tabloids and mean spirited bloggers have either gained a conscience (doubtful) or they have lost interest in spreading lies about Lovato. One can hope that this disinterest continues until she leaves rehab.

There was a time not so long ago that Demi Lovato was hounded day and night. There wasn't even five minutes between article posts in Google News. It was just one story after another and most of them were complete lies or rumors that could not be verified. The lack of Lovato news now is refreshing.

At least we don't have to deal with how Demi Lovato is doing drugs, or cutting herself or fighting with Ashley Greene over Joe Jonas or whatever other lies the tabloids feel like saying on a particular day.

We should all take the lack of news about Demi Lovato as a good sign. When she finally leaves rehab the tabloids will pay attention to her again. But, at least then she will be able to publicly defend herself. Right now the press can say whatever they want about her and she can not respond. That's not fair. I bet we see less outright lies when she leaves. It is harder to lie about someone when they can go on TV and defend themselves. Here is hoping that Demi Lovato gets better soon and that the tabloids continue to ignore her.
