On Wednesday night, December 5, it was unraveled that the "Sonny with a Chance" star has received the most votes for Favorite TV Guest Star thanks to her cameo in "Grey's Anatomy".

While the 18-year-old Disney darling won a kudo for her cameo, Jane Lynch walked away with the title of Favorite TV Comedy Actress for her portrayal of Sue Sylvester on "Glee". The 50-year-old's win brought the FOX hit series' trophy count to two in total since it has nailed Favorite TV Comedy as well.
Dominating the TV field was "House M.D." with its four kudos. It swept clean the TV drama category, winning Favorite TV Drama as well as Favorite TV Drama Actor and Actress for its two leading stars, Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein. Hugh, additionally, got the Favorite TV Doctor honor for role as Gregory House.
Conan O'Brien was named Favorite Talk Show Host. On his acceptance speech, he joked, "When you're up against Oprah Winfrey, you don't want to win. It makes Oprah very, very angry." In the meantime, "Lie to Me" took home two prizes for Favorite TV Crime Drama and for Favorite TV Crime Fighter.
People's Choice Awards honors the best in movie, television, music and other popular culture. This year's gala ceremony was aired live from Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on CBS, and hosted by Queen Latifah. Taylor Swift, Kristen Stewart and Selena Gomez were among the winners. Selena, in particular, provided the entertainment alongside her band The Scene.
