The settlement dictates that Welch receive some amount of money, but the amount is still undisclosed. Welch was famously punched right in the eye by the Disney star after rumors of late night partying surfaced and the star became suspicious. Welch’s attorney, Donald Karpel, had this to say, “The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely. Sounds like a big settlement to me, given that those bruises were huge.
