Demi Lovato has something else in common with Lindsay Lohan, beside a stint in rehab. The former Disney star has posed for a Tyler Shields photo spread. The sassy star gets a little fresh with a lollipop. Shields has helped stars like Lohan and Mischa Barton grab headlines for something other than misbehavior. But he’s also shot the “Glee” girls like Jenna Ushkowitz and Heather Morris, although Morris later apologized for her photos.

Shields says Lovato fans were clamoring for him to photograph the singer. “A bunch of people were tweeting her for me to shoot her, and a bunch of people were Twittering and e-mailing me asking me to shoot her, and we ended up tweeting each other,” he said. “We met that way, we set it up and boom: she came over and it’s time to shoot,” Shields told E! News.

Lovato gets very oral with the lollipop and is pictured in a power pose, dramatically smashing a piece of glass. Oddly, all of the other photos are from the shoulders up. “No one has seen her doing anything remotely sexy. But she’s a grown woman now, and she wants to be sexy and feel sexy, and she wants to have these pictures forever,” Sheilds said.

“Little kids eat lollipops. She’s not a kid anymore, but people view her that way. It’s like, ‘So if you’re going to view me as a kid, then here ya go,’” Shields explains.  Like other Disney stars, such as Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, Lovato is attempting to transition into an adult career. She stumbled along the way when she had a breakdown in 2010.

She did a stint in rehab last year, and said afterward that she had come to terms with an eating disorder and anger management issues. She also said she learned she is bipolar. She took some heat from the twitterverse over her recent weight gain. She’s about 30 pounds heavier since exiting rehab.

“I was a very manipulative person when it came to my eating disorder. You name it, I did it. I would lie about already eating. I would lie about having to go to the bathroom. I would go to any lengths to make sure I was sick,” she said. She also rebuffed reports last month that she had re-entered rehab in Malibu. Check out her photos!

Demi Lovato has returned to Twitter to dispel the rumors that she has gone back to rehab. The "Skyscraper" singer said goodbye to the microblogging site on Sunday, January 22, saying tweeting only got her into trouble. Her tweet apparently was blown out of proportion with a website reporting she checked into a Malibu treatment center to deal with substance-abuse issues.

While her representative has denied the rehab claim, Lovato emphasized it further, tweeting on late Monday, January 30, "Don't believe the hype ...All is well." She added, "SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics… MUAH! xo" and congratulated alleged boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama on his birthday.

It was not the first time that Lovato left Twitter. Back in October 2010 she quit from the social networking site before entering a treatment facility to deal with her personal issues following her altercation with someone in her troupe. Demi Lovato is not confident enough to appear on TV again. The former 'Sonny with a Chance' star is taking a break from acting after admitting her battles with self-harming and an eating disorder, and she doesn't feel ready to be on camera again yet.

She told Britain's Glamour magazine: "Right now I don't need to get in front of a TV camera which adds 10 pounds and makes you feel more self-conscious about your body image. Being on camera makes me nervous. It takes a level of confidence and security which I'm still working on. "When I'm ready I'll find the right role and get back into it, but for now I'm being cautious.

"I'm walking with my head held high, but I never forget that I'm a work in progress."Demi was admitted to rehab for her issues in 2010, and her time in therapy was intense, with her undergoing sessions lasting for over half a day at a time. She explained: "I had 14 hours of therapy every day, so I definitely learned a lot about myself. For the first 48 hours I wasn't allowed any communication with my friends or family, a lot of people give up and check themselves out, but I made it and I'm proud of myself."Since rehab, Demi has been concentrating on her pop career, releasing her third album 'Unbroken' last September.

We all know Demi Lovato decided to take a Twitter break. Some are speculating that the actress and singer is actually back in rehab. Her PR team has denied this and seems to be busy trying to prove she’s doing just fine. In fact, yesterday Demi was “supposedly” back on Twitter for a chat with Seventeen magazine and her fans. Some think it actually wasn’t Demi, but rather her PR team answering the questions instead.

Demi Lovato has caused some concern amongst her fans by taking a long Twitter break following some erratic tweeting about highly personal subjects. Now, the site BlindGossip reports that Lovato has once again sought treatment for emotional and substance abuse problems.

According to their sources, Lovato has entered the rehab facility Passages in Malibu. Word is that "close friends" of Lovato (who should probably reevaluate her policy on close friends) have told the site that she's in treatment for addiction to alcohol and various drugs, including cocaine, following an intervention from her family and management team. They say she's seeking inpatient treatment for "several weeks," and will later enter an outpatient program.

We're hoping that the rumors of Lovato falling off the wagon are false, but if she is struggling with substance abuse again, we hope she's getting the help she needs. UPDATE: Lovato's pal Tiffany Thornton, who worked with her on the Disney series "Sonny With A Chance," tweets that the rumors are "FOR SURE" not true.

Demi Lovato just can’t seem to get enough of her on-off fella Wilmer Valderrama. After dropping major hints on Twitter that their romance was over – she’s reportedly been spied back in the actor’s arms!  According to Life & Style Magazine, the 19-year-old, who recently posted a series of online rants advising fans to “never need a man,” was spotted piling on the PDA with her older beau at Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood.

“Demi couldn't stop smiling. He kept making her laugh,” a source told Life & Style Magazine. “They definitely didn’t seem to be over each another.” And from the sounds of things, the pair, who’ve been romantically linked since 2010, weren’t shy about showing their feelings!

“They danced together to 50 Cent‘s ‘In Da Club,’ the source added. “And she kept her arms around him the whole time. They were facing each other, mouthing the lyrics to one another, and looked to be having a great time."

Demi Lovato appears in what is said to be a new hot photo, showing her wearing an open blouse that reveals her bra—but there's something about that photo that doesn't quite look right. Do you think it could be photoshopped?

According to a report from Hollywood Life, the picture just recently surfaced and they're displaying it on their site. However, since they don't necessarily know where it originated, they're certainly not responsible for its integrity.

In the photo, Demi definitely looks like she is trying to tempt a handsome young man (not her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama either) with curly hair. The man is sitting on a chair, and it appears as though Demi is straddling him, putting her breasts—clad only in her bra—directly in his face.

Something about the shot just doesn't look right, though. Demi Lovato's head almost looks like it's way bigger than it ought to be, and the position in which she is standing looks peculiar.

It's certainly easy enough to do these days with a decent computer and some basic expertise. Someone could have very easily transposed the Skyscraper singer's head on to someone else's body. Do you think that might have happened in this situation?

Demi Lovato has partnered with DoSomething.org's "Teens for Jeans" campaign, which distributes worn, pre-owned jeans to homeless teens and local shelters. She stars in a new PSA for the campaign and manages to get the big points across in the space of 30 seconds.

Looking super glam with her wavy, auburn-tinted locks and voluptuous red lips, Lovato encourages teens to donate their jeans to their local Aeropostale store so they can be donated to local shelters. The school which donates the most pairs of jeans will not only receive $500 but also a pair of Aeropostale jeans for every student in the school. So you will certainly be rewarded for your good deed of donating denim that you no longer wear, that no longer fits and is taking up space in your closet. In the PSA, Lovato reveals that in four years, the initiative has collected one-and-a-half million pairs of dungarees. Donate from Jan. 12 through Feb. 16 and you could win cash for your school and brand new jeans for yourself.

Well if this doesn’t put Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama‘s breakup rumors to rest — we don’t know what will!  The two were spotted together last night, Jan. 18, dancing, singing and PDA-ing at Hollywood club Beacher’s Madhouse, according to Life & Style magazine.

“Right after Wilmer arrived, he made sure to say hi to Demi, who was sitting with Kim Kardashian,” a source  tells the mag. ”He kissed both of them on the cheek, and Demi couldn’t stop smiling. He kept making her laugh… Around 2 a.m., Demi grabbed Wilmer and hugged him.”

This sounds like anything BUT a couple who just split. Apparently the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other! “She kept her arms around him as they chatted with a friend. They definitely didn’t seem to be over each another,” the source says. ”They danced together to 50 Cent‘s ‘In Da Club,’ and she kept her arms around him the whole time…They were facing each other, mouthing the lyrics to one another, and looked to be having a great time.”

We’re so happy to hear Demi and Wilmer are still together. Rumors surfaced that the two had split for a second time after E! broke the news on Jan. 14 — blaming their age difference. Demi is 19 and Wilmer is 31. But Wilmer took it to Twitter on Jan. 12 to write, “I’m amused with how elaborate speculation of someone’s indirect statements are misinterpreted in today’s thirst for unnecessary rumors.”And after hearing about their fun night out, it sounds like there definitely were just rumors after all!

By now we all know that Demi Lovato is all about giving back! The “Skyscraper” singer just announced that she will be encouraging teens to partake in DoSomething.org and Aeropostle’s fifth annual Teens for Jeans organization as the cause’s spokesperson.

The recent People’s Choice Award winner is asking fellow teenagers and fans to donate gently worn jeans to those less fortunate all over the country. “I’m donating my jeans,” Demi, 19, says in the above video. “Clean out your closet and donate yours, too.” How do you get involved and send your jeans to those in need?
